Mississippi Coastal Plains Resource Conservation & Development

A nonprofit organization designed to assist local communities in identifying, addressing, and solving challenges to sustain and improve quality of life while protecting the integrity of the environment.

The MCP RC&D Council serves the siz coastal counties of Mississippi.  Its Board of Directors is composed of representatives from the Soil and Water Conservation Districts in George, Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, Pearl River, and Stone Counties, as well as representatives from MS Gulf Coast Community College, Pat Harrison Waterway District and three members at-large.
